Booking your vacation shouldn't be stressful. Here's how easy it is with us:
Instant Online Booking
Once on the tour page, click the orange button for your preferred tour dates and you'll be taken to our secure registration where you can enter your credit card details and other info. You're booked!
Waitlist Available
If the trip is sold out, you're able to sign up for our online waitlist. If a space becomes available, you be notified.
Pay in Your Local Currency
Our tours are priced in USD, but you may see the cost in your local currency based on your location. You can also choose to pay in a different currency if supported.
Flexible Payment Options
A deposit is due at booking, with the final balance due 90 days before departure. You can make installment payments of any amount at any time—just log into our booking portal and enter your payment details. No extra fees or charges apply.
Special Booking Links for Custom/Private Groups
If you're organizing a private tour with us, you will receive a special booking link only accessable to your group.
We still accept checks!
A payment by personal check is always welcome. You'll find instructions for payment by check in the online registration portal.
Pay in Euros to our European Office
If you'd prefer to pay in Euros directly to our European office, we can arrange that. Write to us and we'll send you a secure link.
