Introducing the Newly-reimagined Emilia Edition!

EMILIA ROMAGNA CHEF BIKE TOUR

MAY 31 - JUNE 6, 2026

Ride Through Italy’s Legendary Food Valley with Tourissimo: A Chef-Led Culinary Bike Tour in Emilia-Romagna

Welcome to Emilia-Romagna, the beating heart of Italian gastronomy and the land that rightfully holds the title of Italy’s Food Valley. This is where centuries-old culinary traditions meet unmatched regional pride, and where every meal tells a story.

On this unforgettable chef-led bike tour, we’ll take you deep into the production zones of some of Italy’s most iconic and beloved foods:  handmade tortellini, prosciutto di Parma, balsamic vinegar, and “The King of Cheeses,” Parmigiano-Reggiano, to name a few. And on our Emilia Chef Bike Tour, we want to go further: culatello, spalla di San Secondo, ciccioli, spongata. Some local cycle routes are even named after these delicacies!

The riding covers a varied landscape that stretches between the flat valley and the waters of the Po River to the green hills of the Apennines. We’ll pass small villages rich in history and vitality, and view several hilltop castles, each with a story to tell.

Every pedal stroke leads to a new flavor, a new experience, a new reason to fall in love with Italian cuisine.

Really loved everything but as a foodie, the chef element and the meals were outstanding and so much fun.
