Flights: we recommend booking flights as soon as you've reserved a spot on tour; you will book flights in and out of the Florence airport (FLR).
Please book a flight that lands that morning by 11:30AM.
If you are spending some time in Florence beforehand, plan to arrive at the airport on your own around noontime. The exact time of the group transfer will be announced once we have everyone's travel plans.
The tour commences with a group van transfer from the airport to the first hotel in Greve in Chianti on May 10th.

For reservations canceled with at least 91 days advance notice, we will apply your cancellation penalties to a future reservation, no questions asked. This credit will never expire. No penalties for name changes.
