Cycling is happiness and not just because it’s recreational. There are reasons much deeper than the recreational aspect that make riding a bicycle special, almost magic. Watch my selection of TED Talks on cycling that will make you think.

After watching you will be prompted to think about what a wonderful invention the bicycle is and that we should try to take full advantage of it. Bicycling can improve, change, and save people's lives. It makes for better societies and more livable cities.

So many of the things you will hear make for great cycling quotes. One struck me: "You cannot be sad riding a bicycle." I believe it's true. Enjoy my selection of TED Talks where people of different backgrounds, each one with his/her own story, come to the same conclusion that that bicycles are great. One last thing: go for a ride!
