It's all about you!

After you sign up and pay your deposit, you'll have access to forms you need to fill out to provide us with more info. Below we explain what info we need from you and why.

Hotel Room

Are you traveling alone? If you’ve been to Europe before, you probably know that a “single” room is much smaller than what you might be used to. Because of this, our standard is to give each single traveler a double room for single use (DUS). An additional charge for a DUS usually applies.

If you are traveling with someone else, you can request one bed (matrimoniale) or two. Please note that it is rare for a hotel room to have two big beds and you’ll most likely have twin beds.

You will be asked about your hotel room at the time of booking.

Passport Info

Italian Law requires that hotels collect ID information from each guest. To make group check-in at each hotel during the tour quicker and easier, we collect passport information from each guest ahead of time and provide it only to the hotels where you will stay on tour. You can send us a photocopy of the info page of your passport, or you can give us the following info:

  • Name as it appears on passport

  • Passport number

  • Passport dates of issue and expiry (day/month/year)

  • Date of birth (day/month/year)

  • Place of birth (city, state, country)

  • Nationality

Medical Conditions/Allergies

Please let our office know if you have any medical conditions or allergies that might affect you on tour. Also let us know if you have an accident or injury prior to your departure. We will also need to know about any medications that will need refridgeration.
