We appreciate the work that you do bringing your clients to Tourissimo. Our small group, cycling and hiking adventures are the perfect match for those who want to be active while on vacation, but who also want to take a deep dive into the Italian culture and way of life.

Commission

For most public departures, we offer a 10% commission on the tour price (minus any client discounts). Add-ons and extras (e-bike rentals, pre- and post-tour packages, etc.) are non-commissionable.

Commission on private departures will vary depending on group size and destination, and will be communicated to you before booking.

If your client pays us by credit card, we deduct the interchange fees from your commission.

To be eligible for commission, you need to tell us of your involvement before the guest books.

Booking a Trip

If you would like to book one of our trips for your client(s), contact us using the form to the right. We will send you a booking link where they can pay the deposit (15%) and enter the required client info.

Subsequent Payments

Final payment is due 90 days before departure (unless otherwise specified). Your client will be sent a payment reminder about a week before.

Payment can be made online by credit card, or they can send a check.

Client Info 

In addition to contact info (mailing address, email address and phone number), for our cycling and hiking tours there is important information about your clients that you need to provide. 

They will be asked to input this information into the online booking portal. Read more about the info we need from your clients at this link.

Flights

Clients are responsible for their own flights to and from the trip meeting and departure cities. If you do the ticketing, or if the client books his or her own air travel, it is important the air itinerary be coordinated carefully with our tour arrangements. Arrival and departure logistics are referenced in the Detailed Itinerary for each trip. If you have any questions about these logistics, please contact us.

Client Communication

To avoid confusion, we prefer (but do not insist) that client queries and correspondence be sent via your office as this helps avoid confusion between the client, you, and our office. Please discuss this with your client and let us know what you decide.
