The bicycle is the tool that takes you to some amazing places around Italy!

We pride ourselves on offering top quality bikes for our cycling tours.

Types of Bikes

Visit our Equipment Page for detailed descriptions of the bikes we use on tour.

Along with your bike, we will provide you with a large water bottle, a handlebar bag, spare tube and tire levers. To inflate we provide a CO2 cartridge and adaptor, but no pump (unless you specifically request one at booking).

Pedals

We can provide flat pedals or flat pedals with toe cages. If you clip in, we recommend that you bring your own pedals. We can rent Look SPD (mountain bike) or Look Keo (road) pedals upon request ($5 rental fee).

Seats/Saddles

You might decide to bring your own seat (also called a saddle). If not, one will be provided for you. We can also provide a gel seat cover upon request.

How to Measure Yourself for a Bike Tour

In most cases, we can fit you to a bike with just your height, but it is better if we have a few more details ahead of time. If you’ve had a professional bike fitting, you can forward us the info. If you haven’t, no worries. You can take many basic measurements on your own. Read more about how to measure yourself for a bike rental bike.

How to Train for a Bike Tour

Many of our tours are accessible for all levels, while others are for experienced riders and others are suitable for beginners. When you sign up, we will help you choose a tour that is right for you. Once you book, it is up for you to train.
