Pre-departure Checklist

Before you leave, be prepared.

We've put together a list of items to review to get ready for your trip.

√ Info We Need

Make sure you sent us all the necessary info. If anything has changed, please let us know ASAP.

√ Terms and Conditions

√ Travel Insurance

We recommend you obtain travel insurance for your trip. Once you have, please provide us with the policy information.

√ Passport

Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months after the date of entry into your vacation destination. Make sure there is also at least one blank page.

√ Visa Waiver (ETIAS - taking effect in 2025, date TBD).

√ Documents

Make copies of important documents:

• Passport

• Credit/debit cards

• Flight itinerary

• Hotel list (you’ll get this from us)

• Prescription drugs

• Visa info

Share this info with a trusted person at home and have digital copies available for you in case you need them.

√ Cell Phone

Check with your cell phone provider to see if your phone will work overseas and what your international rates will be. Many providers offer reasonable short-term international plans for vacation.

√ Packing

Go over the Packing List and check the extended weather forecast for your destination.

√ Electricity

√ Training
